I really feel like going to bed, but as they always say "The Blog must go on!"......ok, no one says that, but I'm sure after I take over the world and make all of you my content slaves, it'll be added to the list of english expressions ;) But of course I wouldn't do that......................nope.........
So I'm reading this German book for German class called Emil und die Detektive. Usually I'd be uninterested and cursing this book like any other school book I'm forced to read, but I think I have to make an exception this time. It takes place in /Berlin/, the greatest city in Europe and one of the greatest in the world. Ok, that was a biased statement, but seriously, Berlin is an amazing city that contains within its borders an astounding amount of history--and not the history that puts you to sleep everyday in *fill in period number here* period. Its from this book that I've derived my title: Zoologischer Garten. Its the name of one the major train stations in Berlin circa 1920. It was also a major center of drugs and prostitution in the 1970's, but thats another story entirely....
And now its time for another classic recommendation. I noticed yesterday that I haven't made a single recommendation from the Fray since Day 1. Whats up with that!?!?! Therefore, I'm signaling the start of a series of recommendations from the Fray beginning with their first major hit: "How To Save A Life". It was one of my favorites then, and its still one of my favorites now. Enjoy :)
